14 Swansea property transfers recorded in past month, most within family trusts

Bristol County deed records show 14 Swansea property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only five listed a sale price, ranging from $300,000 to $603,000 with a median of $450,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 63 Eschol St., which sold for $603,000 to Corey and Veronica Banana from the DaSilva Irrevocable Trust. Nine of the 14 recorded deeds involved sellers and buyers sharing a surname, structured as trust or family transfers without a disclosed price, meaning most of this period's recorded activity does not reflect open-market pricing.
