The month's top recorded sale was 15 James Birch Lane, Lot CC 18, which sold for $860,000 on Aug. 11 to Manuel D. and Stephanie Dasilva. At least eight of the 18 transfers appear to be trust-related transfers rather than open-market sales, and several others involve transfers between family members. With 13 of 18 deeds carrying no price recorded yet, this period's data offers only a partial view of Swansea's housing values.
