Twenty Swansea properties changed hands between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, per Bristol County (Fall River District) Registry of Deeds records. Ten sales carry a recorded price so far, ranging from $387,688 to $1,575,000, with a median of $734,950; the other 10 await price data, which typically posts within about a week. The period's top sale was 718 Gar Hwy at $1,575,000, bought by Gar Highway Swansea LLC. Wood Street saw three separate transfers. Recorded prices split roughly evenly across sub-$500,000, $500,000-to-$1 million and above-$1 million tiers, and several transfers appear to move property within the same family.
