Swansea sees 16 property transfers in September deeds, led by $1.15 million commercial sale

Swansea recorded 16 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with eight carrying a posted sale price ranging from $150,000 to $1,150,000 and a median of $657,000. Two sales on Bluff Avenue were the only repeat-street activity, and eight of the 16 transfers appeared to involve family trusts or estates, several without a recorded price yet.
